What do I receive each month?

Each month you’ll receive:

• A 5”x7” hand-printed card or postcard with envelope

• A newsletter from me to you

• A writing/ drawing prompt (my own illustration will be inspired by this too!)

• An A5 piece of art paper for your own fun illustrations

When is it shipped?

The Moor Mail club is sent out to you lovely lot on the 20th of each month.

When is the last day I can sign up to that month’s letter?

The 15th of each month is the last day. From then onwards, you’ll receive the next month’s snail mail.

How much does it cost?

Each month, you’ll be charged £7 if you live within the UK and £9.50 if you live anywhere else! This is a recurring subscription but don’t worry, if you feel it’s not your thing, you can cancel anytime!

How does billing work?

Your subscription will be charged automatically each month from the day that you signed up.

How can I cancel if I decide it’s not for me?

When you sign up for the moor club, you’ll be asked to create an account and this is where you can manage your subscription. If there’s any wobbles about this, feel free to reach out to me and I can sort it out my end!

What happens if my snail mail gets lost in the post?

These things can happen, don’t worry! Just get in touch and I’ll send out a replacement as soon as possible (or issue a refund if you’d prefer).

How long can international delivery take?

International mail can take a little longer, anything from 1 to 5 weeks so just hang in there, the wait will be worth it!
